<aside> 💡 This toggle is the Workout Log. Here is where you enter new workouts, and review past ones.

It is divided into three views, Cardio, Strength Training, and Mobility. Each view will only display the relevant information for each category.

The workouts database is linked to a database of exercises. To create a new workout, create a new entry, enter a name, date, select the exercise from the relational field (or create a new one), and fill out the rest during/after your workout!

<aside> 💡 This toggle is where you can view your greatest achievments and personal records for any exercise.

Like the Workout Log, you can change view to change category and relevant information for each! It is sorted alphabetically.

<aside> 💡 These toggles are the primary databases. When you are ready, delete all the example entries in Workouts.

You can also use these databases if you'd like to view all workouts and all data at once, or view a full list of workouts in the system.

The workouts are sorted by date, and exercises are sorted by category then alphabetically.
